Shipping Policy

Thank you so much for your order and support.

At the moment, all orders are shipped once a week on Wednesdays. I’m currently adjusting to life with a new baby, so I’m trialling a weekly shipping schedule to see how it works for both you and me. Your patience and understanding truly mean the world.

Shipping Details:

• Orders are posted every Wednesday
• Parcels are sent via standard An Post post, Ireland’s national postal service, unless otherwise selected at checkout
• If you selected registered post, your tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel has shipped
• While most deliveries arrive within a few days, please allow 5–7 working days during busy periods or if there are postal delays
• If your order hasn’t arrived after 7 working days, please get in touch so I can help

Lead Times:

Some items (as specified on the website) have a lead time and may take longer to ship. Please check the individual product listing for details—especially if you need your item in time for a special event.

Please note: The Duilleog Crown has a lead time of up to one week, as it is made to order. If ordering close to the Wednesday shipping day, this may affect when your item is posted.

A quick note:

Once your order has been handed over to An Post, it’s in their hands. I can’t be responsible for postal delays or issues beyond my control—but I’ll always do my best to assist if something goes wrong.
