I hope you love your Siobhán Daly Designs piece. Each one is thoughtfully handcrafted to bring joy, confidence, and a little everyday luxury.
Under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980, you're entitled to certain rights. All goods must be:
- Of merchantable quality
- As described
- Fit for purpose
If your item doesn’t meet these standards, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement—just let me know and I’ll make it right.
Change of Mind
As everything is made in small batches or to order, I don’t accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind. This helps me avoid unnecessary waste and keep each design special.
PLEASE NOTE: Earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

If there’s an issue with your order, please email siobhan@siobhandalydesigns.com within 7 days of receiving it, including your order number and a brief description (a photo is helpful too).
